Great site, easy to find parts. But I did have trouble finding one part. It is a metal line that fastens to the body that ties the vent tube on the gas filler tube and the fuel tank. Please let me know via email if it is available, part number and price. I think it is hard to find because you need tobetween body parts (fuel Tank) and fuel lines. It may be there but I couldn't see it.

I ordered a brand new bumper for an 85 Toyota Land Cruiser. I own two of them so I know the finish on the bumper is supposed to be mirror like however the new OEM bumper I received had more of a brushed look as the bumper under the chrome was not properly prepped not really toyota overstock fault obviously but still had to send it back and waiting for a new one. they were good on the phone and if I had any criticism at all it would be I wish there was more communication. about what is being done. I called them to see if they had received the return bumper and they had. they said I should wait for the correspondence and I am still waiting but Im sure it will all end well

For some reason they required a signature on delivery. This meant I had to take off work to be there for the delivery of 2 rear door belt mouldings, which is ridiculous. Otherwise, everything was fine. I replaced both pieces in 15 minutes including cleaning the window opening.

I ordered a rocker panel moulding already in the color I needed. That it came in my exact color is mostly why I ordered it here. I noticed they refunded some money when the parts I ordered were shipped, so I figured something wasnt right. Apparently the part I ordered was for a Japanese made Toyota and mine was US built. So they substituted the proper part for my car. Which was great, but I wish they would have informed me first of the change. So I still had to get the part painted which obviously increased the cost of the project. Im extremely pleased with my repair and everything I ordered was shipped in short enough time. I just think they should have contacted me before they changed my order. That being said, I would definitely order here again if needed.

After trying every brick and mortar parts store and online parts store AND a Toyota dealer, I finally found this site to get transaxle pan gasket for my Gen 1 Prius. None of the stores even knew what I was talking about, and the dealer wanted $25 and "up to" 3 weeks to get the part for me ("our guys never change the fluid on those", thats why Im doing it myself, thank you). Got the parts I needed for about 15% less than the dealer, and in 2 weeks instead of 3. Good quality parts too, obviously identical to the OEM. Was a little disappointed by the shipping however... Little slow for my taste in this modern age of 2-day Amazon Prime shipping and all, and they put a staple right through the gasket when the stapled the bag closed with the invoice. Fortunately, I notice and very carefully removed the staple, resulting in little to no damage.

Order shipped quickly, it was fairly easy to navigate their website and find the parts I needed. The part that arrived was not exactly the part I thought I was getting (cable vs chain spare wheel carrier) but looks like it will fit...it would have been nice to have the website explain that even though the image was the cable, that the chain was being substituted.

Searching on my own, I came up with several possible "fits" for the part I was looking for. I emailed a couple pics of the existing part and they replied practically instantly with the right p/n for my application. Shipping was no problem, but beware they ship signature required, meaning you can't sign the UPS Info Notice and leave it at your door. Somebody must be prepared to sign for the delivery! Otherwise good.

Website design made part identification simple. Parts were reasonably priced and shipped quickly. Although I received my parts within one week of ordering, there is a significant (2-3 day) delay between placing an order and shipment. This may be an issue for customers needing parts urgently, in which case I would recommend the overnight shipping option. I will definitely buy from this retailer again.

My experience with toyotapartsoverstock.com was excellent. I live in Curacao, and if I have bought this product at the dealership they would have charged me double of what I paid now. I received my shipment in time and with no problems. The only issue I had was due the the fact I live abroad I had to make a purchase above $100,00 to have it delivered so it made me order some other things I didn't need right away. But all by all, excellent service guys.

Everything was shipped on time and the entire order came in one box. However the box that my parts were shipped in was all cut up. It looks like someone at your store picked it out of the trash and taped it up in the hope that nothing would fall out. Nothing did fall out but I think that was just luck.

I needed a small plug to cover up a screw in a cab grip-a very obscure thing. The dealer in town never responded even after I sent pictures.
This was the only place where I could locate the part with the help of the diagrams, and the salesperson helped me on a Sunday via phone to figure out the number & name for it. The shipping was more than the part (but way less than a new handle!)
